Free Industrial Heritage Webinar January 2021

Historic England will be running a third free industrial heritage webinar on Thursday 21 January 2021 between 1300 and 1400. This webinar will look at the identification, assessment, and recording of industrial heritage sites through the planning process in England, as well as considering potential public benefits arising from such work.

The speakers will be Norman Redhead (Heritage Management Director, Archaeology, Greater Manchester Archaeological Advisory Service) and Dr Mike Nevell (Industrial Heritage Support Officer for England and Research Fellow of University of Salford, Centre for Applied Archaeology). Both have considerable knowledge and expertise in this field. If you are unable to join the webinar a recording will be available on the Historic England website soon afterwards where you can also view the previous two industrial heritage webinars held in 2020.

Booking details can be found here – https://lnkd.in/ddEnNQ6.

  1. Thanks for notice of the Free Webinar. Unfortunately I shall be on site then, so will it be available as a podcast/YouTube later?
