The Ironbridge International Institute for Cultural Heritage, University of Birmingham in association with World Heritage UK, are holding a special international meeting to discuss research and global policy focusing on the communication of World Heritage values at the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.
The four session themes are linked to the an AHRC Collaborative doctoral research project between the Ironbridge International Institute for Industrial Heritage, the University of Birmingham, and the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust. These themes are:

- World Heritage and Education
- World Heritage and Special Interest Groups
