The National Heritage Training Group are running a two-day course aimed at contractors working on traditional buildings. It will consider:

• How to repair and maintain traditional buildings
• Relevant legislation and guidance
• Traditional materials and methods
• Maintaining safe working practices

Registration with the CITB Cskills Awards for AWD053 is included in the course fee and participants will take a short test at the end of the second day.

The course is located at the Old Royal Navy College, Greenwich, these historic buildings will be used to assist learning including a scaffold tour of the conservation of the ceiling in the painted hall.
