Historic England’s ‘Heritage at Risk Capital Fund is a special 1-year, £15 million, fund to give grants to heritage at risk, helping people to save the historic sites in England that are most important to them.

Designed to be spent in areas with an index of Multiple Deprivation of 1, 2, or 3, this funding is targeted at the conservation, repair, and conversion of listed buildings of all grades, historic buildings in conservation areas, registered parks and gardens, and scheduled monuments, so will be very useful for industrial buildings. The funds must be spent in this financial year, ideally for any works already designed or specified but not yet funded.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 30 April.
