The Heritage Trust Network Conference 2023 will take place from on 15th – 17th October in Newcastle and Gateshead. This is one of the most distinctive urban centres in Britain, famous for its industrial heritage, stunning riverscape, popular nightlife, friendly people and distinct Geordie version of the Northumbrian language.
The Conference will focus on community heritage projects in the North East, whilst also highlighting work throughout the UK. There will be presentations from local community organisations and national experts on social housing in historic buildings, heritage apprenticeships, the reuse of churches, heritage careers, income generation, social prescribing and more.
